Kraftsman, in collaboration with the City of Lubbock, designed and installed Mae Simmons splash park and playground, one of three parks developed for the City of Lubbock, TX. We designed and installed a recirculated splash park, playground, shade structures, and seating. The splash park features a wide range of water play equipment, including a two-bucket massive splash and over 60 above-ground and in-ground spray effects. The 4,800 sq. ft. splash deck is coated with a custom KraftKoat finish, ensuring durability and safety. The playground includes a play structure designed for children ages 5 to 12, a swing set, and a four-seat see-saw, all with rubber safety surfacing for added protection. Shade structures and seating were strategically placed throughout the splash park and play area, providing comfort for visitors. The design creates an engaging, safe, and comfortable environment for children and families to enjoy.
